Son zamanlarda Hosting Firmalarının Sunucularında yapmış oldukları güvenlik ayarları nedeni ile bazı sitelerimizde 403 forbidden hatası ile karşılaşıyoruz merak etmeyin sadece iki yöntem ile bu problemden kurtulabiliriz.

403 forbidden Hatası Sunucularda güvenliği sağlayan Modsecurity modülü ile alakalıdır. Hosting firmaları Sunucuların Güvenliğini tehlikeye atmamak için Modsecurity modülünü devre dışı bırakmazlar.

1. YÖNTEM

Fakat .htaccess dosyasına ufak bir kod ekleyerek bu modülü devre dışı bırakabiliriz. İlgili .htaccess dosyasını " public_html " içerisinde bulabilirsiniz. .htaccess Dosyanız yoksa 1 adet .htaccess dosyası oluşturmanız gerekmektedir.

.htaccess Dosyanızın içerisine aşağıdaki kodu girdiğinizde Modsecurity devredışı kalacaktır.

2. YÖNTEM

Bu yöntemi uygulamadan önce 1 .YÖNTEM üzerinde anlattığımız şekilde işlem yapmanızı öneririz. Direkt 2. YÖNTEM uygulamanız scirptinizde problem yaşamanıza sebep olabilir.

1. YÖNTEM üzerinde anlatılanları uyguladınız fakat probleminiz çözülmedi ise aşağıdaki adımları inceleyebilirsiniz.

1- cPanele Giriş yapıyorsunuz.
2- cPanel üzerinde Modsecurity alanına giriş yapıyorsunuz.
3- Modsecurity alanında alan adınızı göreceksiniz " AÇIK " konumda ise " KAPALI " konuma alarak Modsecurity devre dışı bırakabilirsiniz.

403 forbidden probleminiz %99.9 Probleminizi giderebilirsiniz. Probleminiz giderilmedi ve hata almaya devam ediyorsanız. Hosting Firmanız ile irtibata geçmenizi önerebiliriz.

NOT: 403 forbidden Hatası bazen hata aldığınız dosyanın izinleri ile alakalı olabilir. 777 olan bir dosya izin değerini 755olarak ayarlamanız gerekmektedir.

Probleminiz hala giderilmedi ise 644 izin değerini deneyebilirsiniz.
